So, whether you're a seasoned cyclist and looking for some additional indoor training to push your targets, someone who enjoys class fitness sessions or a complete novice who has never tried this type of exercise before, we have indoor cycling classes for you.
If it's general body fitness and strength that you're after, then our BodyW8 classes are what you need. These classes are designed to help you tone up and and strengthen, they are not designed to bulk you up!
Or maybe you're looking to build some core strength and general fitness. If so, the our Fitness Pilates is the class for you.
For all of our classes, it doesn't matter whether you have set foot in a gym before or not. We provide a friendly and welcoming fitness studio for anyone to try.
